Sit comfortably in an upright position. Lifting your right arm to the side, bring it all the way up and bend your elbow, dangling your right hand behind your neck. Using your left arm, grasp your right elbow with your left hand. Gently drag your right arm to the left. You'll feel a stretch in your right upper back and the outside of your right arm. Relax and repeat on the other side.
