Sit comfortably in an upright position. Place your hands in front of you, about 12 inches away from your chest. Touch the fingertips of your right hand to the corresponding fingertips of your left hand. Keeping all your fingertips touching, spread out your hands and fingers as far as they can comfortably go. You'll feel a stretch in your hands and between your fingers. Relax and close your fingers together. Repeat, spreading out your hands and fingers as far as they can comfortably go.
